Netherlands

PWYP members in the Netherlands were active in the campaign for amendments to the EU Transparency and Accounting Directives, obliging EU-listed and registered companies to disclose their payments to governments in countries where they operate. They have also supported the work of PWYP coalitions in Africa, and are working to closely monitor the reports of Dutch extractive companies, particularly Shell.
