Kosovo

Pro Open is a coalition founded in July 2017 to coordinate civil society efforts in Kosovo, a country with rich natural resources, and to push for open data and accountability in public procurement. Witnessing the immediate need to continuously advocate for more transparency in public procurement, organisations who are dealing with public procurement established Pro Open Coalition in search for more transparency and accountability from public institutions. Pro Open Coalition has had a cooperation with PWYP during all the year 2018 and finally became an affiliated member of PWYP in 2019.
